Little Penelope’s Cookie Boutique, LLC. sells custom-decorated cookies and digital products, including guides, templates, and online classes.

All orders and downloads are subject to the policies outlined below.

Refund Policy All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of my work, I do not offer refunds on any purchases.

Digital Products: Once you've purchased and received access to a digital product (including downloads, classes, templates, or guides), it can't be returned. Because of this, all digital product sales are final.

Online Classes & Videos: These are for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share these materials in any form.

Recipes & Royal Icing Transfer Templates: These templates are for both personal and commercial use, allowing you to create products for sale. However, the recipes and templates themselves may not be resold, redistributed, or shared in any form, whether digital or physical. Little Penelope’s Cookie Boutique reserves all rights to the templates. By purchasing and downloading, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Decorated Cookies: Each cookie order is handmade and custom-made to your request. I reserve time, purchase the necessary supplies, and initiate the process as soon as your order is confirmed. For this reason, I do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once your order is booked.

In-Person Cookie Classes: No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than two weeks before the scheduled class date. I reserve the right to cancel a class if it does not meet the minimum number of attendees or if I am unable to teach due to illness. If I cancel the class, a full refund will be provided. If you have any questions before making a purchase, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm always happy to help you feel confident before you check out.

Custom Orders When ordering custom cookies: - You are responsible for providing accurate details (dates, themes, quantities). - I reserve the right to adjust the design for quality or time constraints if needed. - Pick-up times must be confirmed in advance.

Digital Product Use and Licensing: All digital downloads and course materials are for personal use only, unless otherwise specified. You may not resell, share, or redistribute any files without permission, unless they are clearly labeled for resale use.
