Hi, I’m Victoria, the owner and instructor behind Little Penelope’s Cookie Boutique. I teach cookie decorating in Keller, Texas and throughout DFW, with individual lessons, private group workshops, and corporate events tailored to your goals.
Prefer to learn at home? My prerecorded online classes teach sugar cookie baking, royal icing, and decorating in English, at your own pace. Start with the fundamentals or try a seasonal cookie project.
I also take a limited number of custom sugar cookie orders for local DFW celebrations.

I teach in Keller, Texas and throughout DFW. You can join a scheduled workshop, arrange a one-on-one lesson, or plan a private group class. Check the class listing or your booking details for the exact location.

No. My online classes are prerecorded and taught in English. You can learn at home, pause while you practice, and replay the lessons at your own pace. There’s no scheduled session to attend.

Yes! I offer private group workshops and corporate cookie decorating events. Tell me about your group, preferred date, and what you’d like to learn so we can find the right fit.

For an in-person class, check the listing or your booking details for what’s included and anything to bring. For an online project class, you’ll gather your own ingredients and tools using the included supply list. The Tropical Summer and Christmas Cheer classes also include printable cutter templates.
