Hi, I’m Victoria!

I’m the owner and cookie decorating instructor behind Little Penelope’s Cookie Boutique in Keller, Texas.

Before cookies became my business, I was a labor and delivery nurse. After my youngest daughter, Penelope, was born, I stepped away from nursing to stay home with her and eventually took a beginner cookie decorating class just for fun.

I had always loved beautifully decorated sugar cookies, but too often they looked much better than they tasted. I wanted to make cookies that were both beautiful and delicious. As I practiced and shared my extras with friends and family, people started asking to order them, and Little Penelope’s Cookie Boutique was born!

Today, my favorite part of the business is teaching others how to decorate sugar cookies with royal icing. I offer in-person cookie decorating classes in Keller and throughout DFW, including classes in my private cookie classroom, one-on-one instruction, private group classes, corporate team-building events, and classes at your location.

I also offer online cookie decorating classes for beginners who want to learn how to bake sugar cookies, make and work with royal icing, and decorate beautiful cookies at home.

I still take a limited number of custom-decorated sugar cookie orders in the DFW area, with the same goal I started with: cookies that taste just as good as they look.
