About Little Penelope’s Cookie Boutique

Hello! My name is Victoria Jones, and I am the proud owner and baker of Little Penelope’s Cookie Boutique. I am a mother to 3 wonderful children ranging in age from 26 to 7. Yes, you read that correctly! After my last child, Penelope, was born, I retired from working as a labor and delivery nurse to stay home with her and enjoy all that motherhood has to offer.

I have always loved a beautifully decorated sugar cookie - to admire and to eat! However, oftentimes, once I would bite into the beauty that I was sure would taste delicious, I came up disappointed. Typically, the experience was rock-hard icing and a dull, dry cookie with no flavor. I decided to take a basic cookie class with the intention of being able to make my own cookies for the holidays and life events. In practicing my new skills, I sent my husband to work with extra cookies to share and gave the rest to my friends and neighbors. Suddenly, I was getting requests for orders and the rest is history! Little Penelope’s Cookie Boutique was named after my little sidekick who loves everything about cookies - even more than her mommy does! I am excited to share my love of the perfect treat by baking and decorating custom sugar cookies for your occasion that taste even better than they look!
